GETTING YOU READY FOR MORE DIVING CONDITIONS

Exploration, Excitement, Experiences. They’re what the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about. And no, you don’t have to be “advanced” to take it – it’s designed so you can go straight into it after the PADI Open Water Diver course. The Advanced Open Water Diver course helps you increase your confidence and build your scuba skills so you can become more comfortable in the water. This is a great way to get more dives under your belt while continuing to learn under the supervision of your PADI Instructor. This course builds on what you’ve learned and develops new capabilities by introducing you to new activities and new ways to have fun scuba diving.

You’ll hone your skills by completing five adventure dives that introduce you to:

  • Underwater navigation
  • Deeper water diving  (typically anywhere from 18-30 metres/ 60-100 feet)
  • Night diving
  • Multi-level diving
  • Drift diving

Get credit! Each Adventure Dive in the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course may credit toward the first dive of the corresponding PADI Specialty Diver course.

Find out why our PADI Advanced Diver Course is conducted on a Liveaboard from March till October

Why weekend Liveaboard trip is the NEW Way to go Diving?
Our open sea dive training just gets better! Let us tell you why you deserve better when taking your PADI Advanced Diver Course with us!

Banish the fatigue caused by late night travelling by chartered passenger van.
It’s just too uncomfortable sitting in the same position for 3.5hrs and worrying about road safety. Besides, you might just feel like a packed sardine.

Banish night boat crossing to Tioman or Aur island.
You are already sleepy and tired from a full day of work in the office and travelling. And when you get to the jetty, you still need to drag your dive gear and yourself to the boat for the boat journey.

Forget about dragging your heavy and wet gear through the Malaysia and Singapore Customs
A full set of dive gear (Mask, Snorkel, Fins, Suit, BCD, and Regulator Set) weighs about 12 kg. Are you sure you want to go through this?

You are not subject to tide conditions which will determine your ferry timing or necessary boat transfer
Often, when we take the land trip, we are subjected to the ferry timing and tide conditions. When it’s low tide, we need to either leave or depart early from Mersing Jetty. So this will in turn cause you to return as late as past mid-night on Sunday.

You wake up bright and chirpy when taking the Liveaboard
Departure point will be at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. We assemble at 1800 hrs for departure, hop onto the dive boat, settle into your choosen cabin choice, set up your dive gear, dinner, star gazing on the sun deck. And it’s all on the boat! When you rise and shine the next morning, you are at your dive destination! No hassle, it’s just so convenient!

Learning how to dive through the best experience you deserve
No more unrigging and rigging up your dive gear after each dive when you are on a liveaboard! You just need to do it once! You just need to take out your first stage from the tank after each dive so that your dive tanks will be charged during your surface interval. During this time, the dive boat will be travelling to the next diving spot. How convenient is that?

Dive the best selected dive site
Because when you are on land trip, you will be subjected to available tank limitation in between dives, which might require you to go back to the dive centre after each dive to get fresh tanks. Resort distance to dive sites can be an issue as well. This will then not allow you to dive the best of Tioman or Aur. On a liveaboard, there’s no such problem! You get to dive the best dive site, EACH TIME!
